乳腺癌的高清晰度钼靶X线100例分析

目的探讨乳腺高清晰度钼靶X线表现，旨在进一步提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。方法将100例经病理证实乳腺癌X线征象作回顾性分析。结果肿块77例，占77%；乳腺实质扭曲变形23例，占23%；局限性密度增高16例，占16%；弥漫性密度增高5例，占5%；钙化40例，占40%；皮肤和乳头的改变39例，占39%；非对称性血管增粗32例，占32%；腋下淋巴结肿大22例，占22%。结论乳腺癌的直接征象和间接征象在乳腺癌早期诊断及鉴别诊断有重要意义。高清晰度钼靶的应用提高乳腺癌的检出率。

Analysis of X-ray findings of breast cancer on high-clarity mammography: A report of 100 cases

Objective To improve the radiologic diagnosis of breast cancer by analysing 100 cases of high-clarity mammopraphy. Methods The X-ray findings of 100 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 100 cases, 77 cases had mass, 23 had distorted parenchyma, 16 had local high density areas, 5 appeared as diffue high density areas, 40 had calcification, 39 had skin and nipple changes, 32 had asymmetrical dilated vessel, and 22 had raficose armpit lymph. Conclusion The direct and indirect mammographic signs play an important role in the early diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis of breast cancer. The application of high-clarity mammopraphy may help to improve early detection of breast cancer.
