| 摘 要： | 目的 为观察单侧双靶点毁损对偏身性肌张力障碍的临床疗效。方法 通过MRI定位，微电极技术术中对靶点行功能确认，对5例偏身性肌张力障碍患施行脑立体定向病变肢体对侧苍白球腹后部和丘脑腹外侧核联合毁损术治疗。结果 5例患术后运动功能显改善。结论应用单侧双靶点毁损治疗偏身性肌张力障碍是一个安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of stereotactic unilateral pallidotomy and thalamotomy on hemidyslonia. Method Five cases of hemidystonia were treated by combined posteroventral pallidotomy and ventrolateral thalamotomy contralateral to the affected limbs according to the operative target localized by MRI and electrophysiologic recording with microeleclrode. Result The movement function of the involved limbs was improved in 5 patients with hemidystonia. Conclusion The stereotactic unilateral pallidotomy and thalamotomy are safe and effective method of treatment for the patients with intractable hemidystonia. |
