| 摘 要： | 目的探讨平阳霉素治疗头颈部大囊性淋巴管畸形的疗效及优点。方法回顾性分析126例头颈部大囊性淋巴管畸形患者予以平阳霉素治疗的临床资料。结果随访本组患者12~36个月：102例治疗后达治愈标准,24例达好转标准,有效率100%。结论平阳霉素局部注射治疗大囊型淋巴管畸形是一种简便、安全及有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the indications and therapeutic effects of pingyangmycin injection.Methods By retrospective study of a total of 126 patients with large cystic lymphatic malformation in head and neck regions were treated by pingyangmycin injection.Results Follow up after 12 to 36 months,the curative rate of large cystic lympatic malformation was 100%.Conclusion The treatment of injection of pingyangmycin is a simple,safe and effective method of large cystic lymphatic mal... |
