齿龈内阿米巴与口腔疾病关系的调查

目的：了解洛阳市大学生及口腔门诊病人齿龈内阿米巴感染情况,探讨齿龈内阿米巴感染与多种口腔疾病的关系。方法：用消毒牙签从牙周组织或齿龈隙挑取垢物或渗出液直接涂片,吉氏染色,光学显微镜检查齿龈内阿米巴。结果：齿龈内阿米巴平均检出率为29.5%,男性检出率为27%,女性检出率为32%,男女检出无显著性差异。口腔健康者检出率为11.76%,口腔疾病患者检出率为35.57%,两者检出率有显著性差异。40岁以下人群检出率为31.67%,40岁以上人群检出率为20.51%,两者检出率无显著性差异。龋齿、牙龈炎、牙龈出血、牙周炎、口腔溃疡者检出率分别为22.22%、48.71%、42.59%、37.50%、37.50%,其中牙龈出血和牙龈炎检出率较高。结论：齿龈内阿米巴感染与多种口腔疾病的发生有一定的关系,与性别及年龄无关。

Survey of the relationship between Entamoeba Gingivalis and oral diseases

Objective:To investigate the infection of Entamoeba Gingivalis in college students of Luo Yang and oral disease people,discuss its relationship with oral disease. Methods:The light microscope was used to observe the smear from gums of teeth and focus of infection. Results:The total detection rate was 29.50%,the detection rate for male was 27%,and the female was 32%,the results show that detection had no relationship with sex.The detection rate for healthers was 11.76%,the detection rate for unhealthers was 35.57%,with significance difference. Conclusion:The infection of Entamoeba Gingivalis has close relationship with oral disease.
