| 摘 要： | 目的观察高尔夫钢板手术治疗胫骨平台骨折效果。方法89例胫骨平台骨折高尔夫钢板内固定。结果术后75例获得随访,疗效按Merchant评分标准优35例,良好26例,中11例,差4例,优良率81．3％。结论高尔夫钢板手术治疗胫骨平台骨折,安全有效,是较理想的内置物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe golf steel plate surgery treats the shinbone platform bone fracture effect. Methods 89 cases of shinbone platform bone fracture were treated with golf steel plate.Results 75 cases after surgery obtained follow - up visit, the curative effects were superior 35 cases, the good 26 case ,center 11 cases,the difference 4 case according to Merchant,fine rate is 81.3% .Conclusion The golf steel plate surgery in treatment of the shinbone platform bone fracture is safe,effective and more ideal in sets at the thing. |
