| 摘 要： | 目的:研究丙型肝炎病毒抗体(抗-HCV)与丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸(HCV RNA)的关系。方法:对38例抗-HCV阳性的丙型肝炎(HC)病人,用酶标仪测血清抗-HCVOD值,同时用逆转录-套式-聚合酶链反应(RT-nesled-PCR)检测血清HCVRNA。结果:38例抗-HCV阳性的HC病人中23例HCV RNA阳性,即60％的HC病人存在病毒血症;在不同的抗-HCV OD值范围内HCV RNA检出率不等。HCV RNA检出率随抗-HCV OD值增高而增加(P<0.01)。结论:①血清抗-HCV与血清HCV RNA之间有较好的一致性;②抗-HCV OD检测对HC的诊断及判断HC病人是否存在病毒血症有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between anti-HCV and HCV UNA.Methods:The OD value of anti - HCV(ELJSA) in 38 hepatitis C (HC) patients was read in a photometer of enzyme-labeled assays.The HCV UNA was detected by RT-nested-PCR method.Results:23 of the 38 patients was positive for HCV RNA, or the rate of viraemia in the HC patients was 60% . The positive rate of HCV RNA varied with the OD value of anti-HCV proportionally ( P < 0.01). Conclusion:The level of anti-HCV is well consistent with that of HCV RNA and the determination of anti-HCV OD helps make the diagnosis of HC and judge the existence of HCV |
