自我效能感与晕船症状的相关研究

目的 探讨自我效能感与晕船症状的相关，以期寻找影响晕船的心理因素。方法 对某院校参加海上实习的123名医疗本科学员用一般自我效能感量表、晕船自我效能感量表于出海作业前进行施测，用晕船症状评分量表于出海作业返回后进行评估。结果 晕船自我效能感与晕船症状显著负相关（r=-0．470，P〈0．01），而一般自我效能感量表与晕船症状的相关无统计学意义（r=-0．102，P〉0．05）。结论 晕船自我效能感可能为个体发生晕船的心理影响因素之一。

A study on self-efficacy and seasickness symptoms

Objective To explore the correction between self-efficacy and seasickness symptoms ,and find out psychological factors influencing seasickness symptoms. Methods One hundred and twenty three college undergraduate students who were majoring in medicine and were going to perform sea tasks were measured by General Self-Efficacy Scale , Seasickness Self-Efficacy Scale before sailing and evaluated by Seasickness Symptom Checklist after they came back from the sea.Results It has significant negative correction between Seasickness Self-Efficacy and Seasickness Symptoms(r=-0.470,P<0.01),while General Self-Efficacy has no significant statistics with seasickness symptoms(r=-0.102,P>0.05).Conclusion Seasickness self-efficacy may be an important psychological factor influencing seasickness .
