| 摘 要： | 作者对４０例妇科盆腔肿瘤的ＣＴ、手术、病理及其中３２例Ｂ超检查进行了对照分析。ＣＴ对妇科盆腔肿瘤检出的敏感性为９６．２％，超声为９２．３％；定位准确率ＣＴ为９０．２％，超声为８３．３％；定性正确率ＣＴ为８４．３％，超声为７７．８％。ＣＴ图像整体观强，能准确地显示肿瘤的大小、范围及其内部结构，明确肿块的性质，对恶性肿瘤的分期有独到之处，并能评价治疗效果及了解术后有无复发。

| Abstract: | findings 40 cases with gynecologic tumors of pelvic cavity were analyzed and CDntrasted with surgical findings and pathological evidence,of 32 cases by ultrasound (US). The results showed that the sensitivity of detection to gynecologictumors by CT examination was 96.2% but US was 92.3%,lhat the rate of accuracy of location by CT was 90.2%,but US was83.3%,and that the rate of qualitative accuracy by' CT was 84.3%, but US was 17. 8% CT images may show the size, range andinner struclure of the tumors, identify the character of the tumors,show stages of the malignant tumors,evaluate the effect of thetreatment and Know the condition o[ postoperative recurrence. |
