纤维支气管镜检查麻醉方法的改进与护理

摘    要:目的:探讨连续压缩雾化吸入表面麻醉在纤支镜检查中应用的可行性。方法:100例需做纤支镜检查的患者,根据麻醉方法的不同,分为实验组、对照组,对照组采用传统的喉头喷雾表面麻醉。实验组采用连续压缩雾化吸入麻醉。观察:纤支镜检查过程中,患者心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度变化及检查过程中操作时间、平均耗药量、麻醉效果。结果:与术前相比,实验组操作时间明显缩短,追加药量明显减少,严重呛咳程度明显降低,两组之间比较显著性差异(P〈0.01)。麻醉效果良好率分别为48%和96%,心率、呼吸频率在术中有一过性加快,血氧饱和度有一过性下降。术毕恢复正常,两组有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:连续压缩雾化吸入表面麻醉,具有麻醉效果好、血流动力学稳定、插管时间短等优点.值得临床推广.

Abstract:Objective: to investigate the feasibility of continuous compression atomizing inhalation in fibrobronchoscope examination. Methods: Divide 100 patients who need the fibro-bronchoseope examination into the experimental group and the control group by different anesthesia method, use the Traditional ocal mucous anesthesia by laryngeal spray in the control group,use continous compression atmizing inhalation in the experimental group. Observe the heart rate, respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation of the patients and the operating time of the examination,average dosage consumption,anesthetic effect in the process of fibro- bronchoscope examination. Results: The operating time of the experimental group was significantly shorter, the append dosage of the experimental group was significantly decreased, the degree of serious chocking of the experimental group was also significantly shorter. The difference between the two groups were significant (P〈0. 01). The good rate of the anesthetic effect are respectively 48% and 96%, the heart rate,respiratory rate were transient speed up in the operation, blood oxygen saturation were transient decreased, returned to normal after the operation. The difference between the two groups were significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The continuous compression atomizing inhalation plays a positive role in anesthetic effect, which is homodynamic stability and short in intubations time. Deserve the clinical exnansion.
