| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解临床分离出的沙门氏菌株对抗菌药物的敏感性 ,指导临床用药。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 6月本院临床标本中分离的沙门氏菌 1 57株采用法国梅里埃 API(国际手工鉴定标准 )系统 ,鉴定使用 ATP Expression系统上机操作。药敏试验 :K- B法。结果 :沙门氏菌对 AMO、PIC、TIC、CIP、chlo和三代头孢高度敏感 ,对氨基糖苷类耐药。结论 :氯霉素和三代头孢菌素为沙门氏菌感染的首选用药

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the drug sensitivity of samonella bacteria isolated in clinic so as to guide the drug administration.Methods:K B method was used to measure the drug sensitivity of salmonella bacteria isolated from clinical samples in our hospital.The drug resistance was analyzed according to NCCLS standard.Results:The drug sensitivity rate of salmonella bacteria to AMO,PIC,TIC,CIP,chloromycetin and the third generation cephalosporins was high,but the drug resistance to aminoglycosides was low.Conclusion:Chloromycetin,the third generation cephalosprins,must be considered as the most suitable drug in the treatment of salmonella bacteria infection. |
