摘    要:目的 :探讨急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)家兔凝血功能及血液流变学变化的临床意义。方法 :1%HgCl2 复制家兔ARF模型。通过CA150 0型血液凝固分析仪和LG R 80型锥板式粘度计测定凝血功能及血液流变学各项指标的变化。结果 :ARF组纤维蛋白原含量、血浆粘度显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,纤维蛋白原凝结时间、红细胞比积 (HCT)显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,其余指标无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :凝血功能及血液流变学的检测 ,对于ARF的诊断、治疗及转归有重要的临床意义

Abstract:To inquire into changes and clinical meanings of coag ulation function and hemorheology with acute renal failure(ARF)in rabbits.Method: The ARF model of rabbit was copied by 1% HgCl 2.To meas ure the change of indexes of coagulation function and hemorheology using CA1500 type automatic programming coagulation analyzer and LG R 80 type cone plate v iscometer.Results: It showed that fibrinogen content and plasma viscosity were significantly increased than that of control group( P<0.01 ),and the fibr inogenic clotting time and hematocrit(HCT) were significantly lower compared wit h control group( P<0.01 ),and the other indexes were no signifieant difference between two groups( P>0.05 ).Conclusion: The results suggested that there is clincal meaning and provided the evidence to treatment and observation of curing effectiveness b y examing coagulation function and hemorheology with ARF.
