| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎的误诊原因、诊断及治疗方法。方法 总结 4例黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎的临床表现、实验室检验、影像学检查结果并结合文献复习予以分析。结果 4例误诊 ,2例行单纯肾切除术 ,1例行肾脏病灶清除术 ,1例行根治性肾切除术 ,术后疗效好 ,未见复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the causes of misdiagnosis of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP) and its diagnosis and treatments . Methods To summarize the clinical features, laboratory data and imaging findings of 4 cases of XGP,together with the review of related literature.Results Among the 4 cases , 2 were treated by nephrectomy , 1 by renal cavernostomy and 1 by redical nephrectomy .All cases were cured through operation and no relapse occuced . Conclusion In order to prevent the misdiagnosis computerized tomoscanning together with renal arteriography and renal biopsy should all be used. |
