感染旋毛虫小鼠外周血有核细胞及抗体水平的动态观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨旋毛虫感染过程中血清抗体和有核细胞变化的规律。方法 :采用ELISA检测血清IgG抗体 ,血涂片瑞氏染色计数各类有核细胞百分数。结果 :旋毛虫感染小鼠血清IgG抗体水平逐渐升高 ,感染后42d达观察期间的最高值 ;嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞比例高于感染前 ,单核细胞和淋巴细胞比例则低于感染前。结论 :提示嗜酸性粒细胞是旋毛虫感染免疫中起主要作用的细胞 ,抗旋毛虫感染免疫是体液免疫和细胞免疫协同作用的

Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatethechangerulesoftheserumantibodyandperipheralbloodnucleated cellsinTrichinellaspiralisinfection.Methods:TheserumIgGwasdeterminedbyELISA,andtheclassification andpercentageofnucleatedcellsinbloodsmearswerecounted.Results:AfterthemiceinfectedwithTrichinella spiralis,thelevelofIgGincreasedgradually,andreacheditspeakin42eddayafterinfection(observed6weeks altogether).Thepercentagesofneutrophilandeosinophilwerehigherthanthoseofbeforeinfection,buttheper centagesofmonocyteandlymphocytewerelowerthanthoseofbeforeinfection.Conclusions:Theresultssuggest thateosinophilsandneutrophilswerethemostimportantcellsinTrichinaspiralsinfectiveimmunity.Theprotective immunityofagainstTrichinellaspiralisinfectionwascellularimmunitycooperationwithhumoralimmunity.
