鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移与颈动脉鞘区受侵的关系

对首次进行放射治疗并伴有颈动脉鞘区受侵的115例鼻咽癌病人临床及CT扫描资料进行了分析。左颈动脉鞘区受侵时，左颈淋巴结的转移率为64．8％，右颈淋巴结的转移率为11．9％；二者差别有非常显著意义（P＜0.01），右颈动脉鞘区受侵时，右颈淋巴结的转移率为42．2％，左颈淋巴结的转移率为20％，二者差别有显著性意义（P＜0．05）；双侧须动脉鞘区受侵时，左颈淋巴结的转移率为71．4％，右颈淋巴结的转移率为61．3％，二者差别无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。表明颈淋巴结转移与预动脉鞘区受侵关系密切。

The relation between the cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the involved carotid sheath area

The clinical and CT scanning information of 115 cases ill with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and companed with involved carotid sheath area and who received rediotherapy for the first time was analysed. The results showed that when the left carotid area was involved, the metastatic rate of the left cervital lymph node was 64. 8% (23/42) and that of the right was 11. 9% (5/24),and the difference between the left and the right had very marked stenificance statistically (P<0. 01). When the right carotid sheath area was involved, the ndtatic rates of the right and the left eervital lymph node were 42. 2 % (19/45) and 20% (9/45) respectively, and the difference between the two had marked atgnificance hatistically(P<0. 05). When bilaeral carotid sheath area was involved, the metastatic rates of the left and the righ cervlcal lymph node were 71. 4% and 64. 3% respectively, and the difference was no significant statistitaly(P>0. 05). The results indicate that there is clase relation between the cervital lymph node medss and the involved carotid sheath area.
