陈兰花冲剂对糖尿病足坏疽大鼠肌腱组织中细胞间黏附分子-1表达的影响

摘    要:目的研究陈兰花冲剂对糖尿病足坏疽大鼠肌腱组织中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法采用腹腔注射STZ复制糖尿病大鼠模型,并以足部注射真菌菌液方法建立糖尿病足动物模型。采用免疫组织化学方法观察比较陈兰花冲剂及糖脉康对大鼠足部肌腱组织ICAM-1表达的影响。结果糖尿病大鼠模型及糖尿病足动物模型均成功复制。造模后,各模型组大鼠体重较对照组明显下降,血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著升高(均为P<0.05),但陈兰花冲剂组与糖脉康组之间差异无显著意义(均为P>0.05);各模型组肌腱组织ICAM-1的表达明显高于对照组,陈兰花组明显低于糖脉康组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论陈兰花冲剂无明显降低血糖作用,但可明显抑制肌腱组织ICAM-1的表达,抑制机体炎性因子的水平可能是其治疗糖尿病足的重要分子机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Chenlanhua infusion on ICAM-1 expression in tendon tissue of diabetic foot rats.MethodsDiabetic rat models were established by abdomenal injection of STZ,then fungi were injected into rat digits.Immunohistochemistry method was used to observe the effect of Chenlanhua infusion on expression of ICAM-1 in tendon and muscular tissue.ResultsThe diabetic rat models were set up successfully.The body weight of rats in model groups were significantly decreased,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin increased significantly(P<0.05),however,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The ICAM-1 expression in tendon tissue in model groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),which in Chenlanhua group was significantly lower than that of Tangmaikang group(P<0.05).ConclusionChenglanhua infusion has no obvious effect of reducing blood glucose,but which could obviously inhibit ICAM-1 expression in tendon tissue,and the inhibition on inflammatory factors may be one of the molecular mechanisms of treating diabetic foot.
