合并组织缺损的断指再植48例54指报告

目的探讨合并组织缺损的断指再植的可行性.方法根据断指组织缺损的不同情况,在断指再植的同时分别选用指动脉皮瓣、掌背皮瓣、骨间背侧皮瓣、尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣、静脉皮瓣、足背皮瓣、第一趾"C"型皮瓣、第二趾复合组织瓣移位或移植修复组织缺损或桥接再植.结果 54个合并组织缺损的断指再植,成活51指.术后随访3月～1年,再植拇手指外形和功能恢复良好.结论合并组织缺损的断指再植,在再植的同时合理选用皮瓣移位或移植修复组织缺损或桥接再植,可以取得满意的治疗效果.

The Report of Replanlation of 54 Amputated Fingers with Skin Soft Tissue or Composite Tissue Defects in 48 cases

Objective To investigate the feasibility of amputated fingers with skin soft tissue or composite tissue(including skin,nerve,vessel,tendon,bone or joint)defects.Methods Based on the different injury of amputated fingers,different skin flaps were adoped to repair the skin soft tissue or composite tissue defects at the same time of replanlating the amputated fingers,such as digitalis artery skin flaps,dorsal metacarpal reversed island artery flaps,posterior interosseous skin flaps,the skin flaps based on superior wrist cutaneous branch of ulnar artery,free vein skin flaps,free dorsum pedis skin flaps,free"C" shape halluces flaps and free composite tissue flaps amputated from the second toes.Results Of 54 amputated fingers,51 fingers survived.Regular postoperative following-ups were done in all survived cases with a period of 3 to 12 months,all of survived thumbs and fingers restored satisfactory contour and function.Conclusion Selecting skin flaps rationally at the same time of replanting the amputated fingers with skin soft tissue or composite tissue defects can make satisfactory curative outcome.
