牵引配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症156例疗效观察

目的:观察牵引配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将288例患者随机分为治疗组156例,采用牵引配合针刺肾俞、腰俞、环跳等穴;对照组132例单纯牵引治疗。2组均每日1次,10次为1个疗程。结果:治疗3个疗程后,治疗组治愈80例,好转68例,未愈8例,总有效率为94.9%;对照组治愈8例,好转108例,未愈16例,总有效率为87.9%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:牵引配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效。

Curative Effects on the Treatment of 156 Cases of Lumber Disk Protrusion Patients with Extension and Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of lumber disk protrusion patients with extension and acupuncture. Method: Divided 288 patients into two groups at a random sample. 156 patients in the treated group were treated with the extension accompanied by the acupuncture in the points of Shenshu, Yaoshu and Huantiao while 132 patients in the control group were simply treated with extension. The two groups were treated once a day and ten times is a course of physiotherapy. Result: After three courses of physiotherapy, in the treated group 80 patients were cured, 68 patients were on the mend, 8 patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was 94.9 % while in the control group, 8 patients were cured, 108 patients were on the mend, 16 patients were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.9 %. The difference of the comparison between the total effective rate of the two groups had an obvious significance,( p<0.05 ).Conclusion: The treatment of lumber disk protrusion patients with extension together with acupuncture has a better clinical effect.
