3种检测方法诊断结核病结果分析

目的比较和评价操作简便、成本低廉、高发现结核患者的不同诊断方法。方法对180例结核门诊就诊患者采用痰涂片、痰培养、血清结核抗体（TB-Ab）3种方法进行检测，并与正常体查人群对照。结果180例结核门诊就诊患者痰涂片阳性率为38．34％（69/180），痰培养阳性率为40．00％（72/180），血清结核抗体阳性率为42．23％（76/180）。对照组50例痰涂片、痰培养均阴性，血清结核抗体阳性率为4．00％（2/50）。结论3种检测方法差异不大（P〉0．05），为提高结核患者确诊率，建议对可疑肺结核患者采用3种方法联合检测。

The result analysis of three detective methods to diagnose tuberculosis

Objective To compare and evaluate the different methods with simple operation and low cost to diagnose tuberculosis.Methods Sputum smear test, sputum culture test and serum TB-antibody test were applied to testing tuberculosis in 180 outpatients and 50 healthy controls.Results To the 180 outpatients,the positive rate of sputum smear test, sputum culture test and serum TB-Ab test was 38.34% (69/180), 40.00% (72/180) and 42.23% (76/180), respectively. As 50 controls were concerned, the sputum smear test and sputum culture test were negative, the positive rate of serum TB-Ab test was 4.00% (2/50).Conclusion There are no significant differences among the three detective methods (P>0.05). In order to heighten the diagnosis of tuberculosis, we suggest that the three detective methods should be used by combination to raise the diagnostic efficiency to tuberculosis.
