海南省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目实施效果分析

目的：分析海南省世界银行贷款结核病控制项目实施七年进展及成效。探讨项目结束后结核病控制工作实施策略。方法：根据各年度项目季报表统计数据，分析项目实施成效。结果：项目市县与人口覆盖率100％，发现涂阳病例17196例，新发涂阳12893例，分别完成评估指标70．1％和68．8％，初，复治涂阳2，3个月末痰阴转率分别为92．4％，96．4％，和83．5％，90．8％，治愈率分别为94．7％和87．5％，各项指标均达到项目要求的指标。2年细菌复发率1．7％，结论：WHO推荐的以DOTS为核心的结核病控制策略是成功的，今后应继续以项目的方法为基准，开展结核病控制工作。

Analysis of results of Tuberculosis Control Project with World Bank Loan implemented in Hainan Province

ve To analyze the results Control Project with World Bank Loan implemented in Hainan Province in a period of seven years and provide experience for the tuberculosis control in the future. Methods The statistical data of project quarterly report each year were collected and analyzed. Results The results showed that the covering rates of population and the participant cities/counties were 100% .There 17 196 smear positives were detected and out of them 12 893 cases were new smear positives to have accomplished the expected project targets of 70.1% and 68.8% .The negative conversion rates of the initially treated and re- treated smear positives were 92.4% and 83.5%,respectively at the end of the 2nd month, and 96.4% and 90.8% .respectively at the 3rd month. The curative rates both for the initially treated and re - treated smear positives were 94.7 % and 87.5 % , respectively. All the indexes were up to the criteria of the project. Conclusion The strategy of tuberculosis conrtol with DOTS as the mainstay was sucoessful. It is proposed that the method used in the Project Tuberculosis Control be taken as the base and continously carried out in the tuberculosis control work in the future.
