灭螨灵的灭螨效果和毒性研究

摘    要:目的:对灭螨灵水剂的灭螨效果和毒性进行研究;方法:密闭圆筒法、药膜法、浸渍法和毒理学试验;结果:密闭圆筒法按6 mL/m3的剂量进行喷雾,20 min粗足粉螨的死亡率为4.76%、60 min为90.96%;药膜法按8 mL/m2的剂量做成药膜,1 h该螨的死亡率为56.67%、5 h为96.67%,浸渍法设置灭螨灵原制剂、1:1、1:2三个浓度组,原制剂浓度组对粗足粉螨的LT50为4.75 min,1:1浓度组的LT50为11.04 min.而1:2浓度组40min。观察期内粗足粉螨全部存活,急性毒理实验结果表明,灭螨灵对又鼠经口LD50>5 000 mg/kg,属低毒,对皮肤无刺激性;结论:灭螨灵水剂是以桔皮釉为主要成分,对粗足粉螨具有较好的杀灭作用,且无残留,基本不污染环境、对人畜安全、不易产生抗药性,具有推广应用的价值。

Abstract:Objective: To study the efficacy of Mie Man Ling against Acarus siro and its toxicity. Methods: Spray, contact, impregnation and toxic experiments. Results: When the insecticide was sprayed at the dose of 6 mL/m3 , the mortality rate of Acarus siro was 4.76% in 20 min and 90.91% in 60 min; On the surface of Mie Man Ling, the mortality rate was 56.67% in 1 h and 96.67 % in 5 h. The impregnating experiment showed that the LT50 to the insect was 4.75 min with original con-ceatration, 11.04 min with 1:1 concentration and 40 min with 1:2 concentration. Its toxicity was of medium level according to the national standard.Conclusions:Mie Man Ling has satisfactory efficacy against Acarus siro. It is worth applying.
