| 摘 要： | 目的总结影响老年重型颅脑外伤患者预后的因素及防治措施。方法分析108例60岁以上、GCS评分3~8分的颅脑外伤患者的临床资料,比较生存组与死亡组相关因素的差异。结果本组生存者66例,生存率61.1%;死亡42例,病死率38.9%;预后不良率68.5%。结论老年慢性疾病、颅脑损伤程度、多发伤及并发症是其四个重要的致死因素,积极诊治多发伤,防治并发症,能改善老年重型颅脑外伤患者的预后,提高患者的生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prognostic factors and prevention measures of elderly severe traumatic head injury patients.Methods The clinical data of 108 head traumatic injury patients with age elder than 60 and GCS score 3~8 were analyzed.The relative factors and differences between the dead and survival group were compared.Results 66 patients survived and 42 patients died,the survival rate was 61.1%,mortality rate was 38.9% and poor prognosis rate was 68.5%.Conclusion Elderly chronic disease,traumatic head injury degree,multiple injuries and complications were the most important lethal factors,so actively curing multiple injuries and preventing complications could improve the prognosis of elderly severe head injury patients and raise the survival rate. |
