Discussion on the Model of Overall Management for the Sick and Wounded

The model and effect of overall management for the sick and wounded were discussed in this paper.At first,the conception of the overall management in the military hospital was proposed.Secondly,the measure of overall management was studied,which included establishing three-class management system,perfecting management system,and enhancing management in outpatient department and inpatient department.The third,the effects of this management model were discussed,which included eliminating illegal action,strengthening the relations between the hospital and the troop,and advancing hospital overall construction.This model of management was affirmed by the superior authorities,and popularized in the military hospitals.
