《素问·藏气法时论》心苦欲理论探究

摘    要:《素问·藏气法时论》"心苦缓,急食酸以收之""心欲软,急食咸以软之,用咸补之,甘泻之。"等条文,揭示了传统中医药理论中的利用药物气味之偏救补人体五脏阴阳气血之偏的治疗大法。后代医家缘此以为经,创制出了生脉散,清营汤等千古名方,至今仍在临床广泛使用。在食疗养生方面,药食物的性味理论也是指导人们健康饮食的重要法则。笔者试以五脏体系中的心脏系统为例,就心苦欲理论展开论述。

Discussion on the Theory of Xin-ku-yu in Huangdi Neijing

Abstract:Relevant records about "xin ku huan,ji shi suan yi shou zhi" "xin yu ruan,ji shi xian yi ruan zhi,yong xian bu zhi,gan xie zhi" in 《Su-wen·Zangqi fashi lun》,reveals the Treatment in Traditional Chinese medicine theory about using the Qi-wei theory of Herbs to regulate the human body's Viscera Yi –Yang. The Physicians later take the records as Classic,creating the Sheng-mai-san、Qing-ying-tang and so on,they Still widely used in clinical. In Dietary regimen,Xing-wei theory is the important guidance to a healthy diet rules. The author tries to take heart system as an example to conduct discuss about xin-ku-yu theory.
