| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨激素性股骨头坏死(SANFH)过程中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在股骨头局部的表达改变及活血补肾汤对VEGF表达的影响。方法:130只新西兰大白兔随机均分为正常对照组、激素造模组、高、中、低剂量中药治疗组,造模成功后,各组于给药后的4、8、12周分别处死后取一侧股骨头,免疫组化SP法测定VEGF含量,并行常规病理组织学检查。结果:第4周时,高、中、低剂量组及模型组明显低于正常对照组(P0.01)。即表达增强。第8周:高、中、低剂量中药组VEGF灰度值比模型组均显著降低(P0.01),即VEGF表达明显增强;12周时高、中、低剂量组的VEGF灰度表达值明显低于模型组(P0.01),即VEGF表达明显强于模型组。结论:激素可导致股骨头局部VEGF的表达明显降低(4周时有代偿性增高),活血补肾汤可显著提高VEGF的表达,促进血管及新骨生成。可能是其治疗激素性股骨头坏死的主要作用机制之一。
