| 摘 要： | 近年吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(procedure for prolapase andhemorrhoids,PPH)治疗中重度痔病由于其术后疼痛轻,恢复快,疗效确切及复发率低等优点,在国内得到迅速推广。现总结我院自2004年8月至2006年9月间105例行PPH术的病例,报告如下。1资料及方法1.1一般资料本组PPH治疗环状混合

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate and analyze the technique of procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods Analyzing the clinical data of the third or fourth degree hemorrhoids operated by procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids.Results Total 105 patients were operated on by PPH,Except for 1 case that was failed,all the others are succeed.61cases were found with pulsatile blood of different extent,and were all stanched by crossing stitching.The mean postoperative hospital stay were three days(2~4days).Through all the cases,90 cases have absolute retraction,and 15 cases don't have.Conclusion The procedure for prolapase and hemorrhoids(PPH) was safe,effective and rapid way to cure hemorrhoid.And the operating details have great affect on the results of operation. |
