左氧氟沙星序贯治疗老年急性下呼吸道感染的药物经济学研究

目的:对左氧氟沙星2种不同给药方案治疗老年急性下呼吸道细菌性感染进行药物经济学评价。方法:将90例老年急性下呼吸道细菌性感染患者随机分为A、B组,每组各45例。A组采用左氧氟沙星注射液连续静脉滴注;B组采用左氧氟沙星注射液及左氧氟沙星胶囊序贯治疗,2组总疗程均为10d,运用最小成本分析法进行分析。结果:A、B组痊愈率分别为71·11%、68·89%(P>0·05),有效率分别为93·33%、88·89%(P>0·05),细菌清除率分别为93·33%、91·11%(P>0·05),不良反应发生率分别为6·67%、4·44%(P>0·05);A组的治疗费用明显高于B组,A、B组治疗成本分别为1801·50、1191·35元,成本-效果比分别为1930·25、1340·25。结论:左氧氟沙星序贯疗法治疗下呼吸道细菌性感染较经济。

Pharmacoeconomic Efficacy of Levofloxacin Sequential Therapy for Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infection in Elderly Patients

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate pharmacoeconomic efficacy of two different dosage regimens of levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infection.METHODS:A total of 90 patients with lower respiratory tract bacterial infection were enrolled:45(group A) were randomly assigned to receive levofloxacin injection by continuous intravenous drip for 10 days,and another 45(group B) to receive levofloxacin injection and levofloxacin capsules by sequential therapy for 10 days.A cost-minimization analysis was performed on two groups.RESULTS:For Group A vs.Group B,the cure rate was 71.11% vs.68.89%(P>0.05),the effective rate was 93.33% vs.88.89%(P>0.05),the bacterial clearance rate was 93.33% vs.91.11%(P>0.05),and the incidence of ADRs was 6.67% vs.4.44%(P>0.05).However,the treatment cost in Group A(1 801.50 yuan) was significantly higher than in Group B(1 191.35yuan) ;the cost-effectiveness ratios of two groups were 1 930.25 and 1 340.25 respectively.CONCLUSION:The sequential therapy of levofloxacin injection and levofloxacin capsules is economic for lower respiratory tract bacterial infection.
