| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在急腹症诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2003年12月至2008年6月应用腹腔镜诊治急腹症58例的临床资料。结果58例全部确诊。在腹腔镜下完成手术39例，在腔镜辅助下完成手术18例，中转开腹1例。无死亡病例。平均手术时间为54min；平均住院时间为8d。结论腹腔镜不仅是一种安全而准确的诊断方法，而且是良好的治疗手段，术后恢复快，病人痛苦小。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic approach in diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods Retrospectiovely analyzed 58 cases of the patients with the acute abdomen,which undergoing the ciagnosis and therapy with the laparoscopy, from Dec.2003 to June.2008.Results Diagnosis was confirmed by laparoscopy in all the 58 cases.Among them,39 cases of laparoscopic operations were successfully carried out and so were other 18 cases with the help of thoracoscope.And only 1 case was converted to open ... |
