柴葛清热颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立柴葛清热颗粒的质量标准。方法:用TLC法对葛根、黄芩进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定柴胡中柴胡皂苷a和柴胡皂苷d的含量。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;柴胡皂苷a在0.52~10.48μg和柴胡皂苷d在0.36~7.12μg内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.57%和98.73%,RSD分别为0.76%和0.75%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于柴葛清热颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quality standard for Chaige Qingre granules.Method: Radix Puerariae lobatae and Radix Scutellariae in Chaige Qingre granules were identified by TLC.The contents of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d were determined by HPLC.Result: The developed TLC spots were fairly clear without interference.The calibration curve of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d was linear within the range of 0.52-10.48 μg and 0.36-7.12 μg,respectively.The average recovery was 98.57% and 98.73%,and RSD was 0.76% and 0.75%(n=6),respectively.Conclusion: The selectivity,sensitivity and reproducibility of the method are promising,which can be used in the quality control of Chaige Qingre granules.
