摘    要:目的:建立同时测定全鹿丸中甘草酸和五味子醇甲含量的高效液相色谱方法.方法:采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(40:60)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:250 nm,进样量:10 μl,柱温:30℃.结果:甘草酸、五味子醇甲进样量分别在0.050~1.005 μg、0.021~1.068 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率分别为101.12%(RSD=0.98%)和98.51%(RSD=1.05%).结论:该方法操作简便,快速易行,结果准确可靠,可以作为全鹿丸中甘草酸和五味子醇甲的含量测定方法.

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of glycyrrhizic acid and schisandrin in Quanlu pills.Method: The HPLC method was employed using a Phenomenex C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid(40∶ 60).The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,and the injection volume was 10 μl.The column temperature was 30℃.Result: The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.050-1.005 μg(r=0.999 8) with the average recovery of 101.12%(RSD=0.98%).The linear range of schisandrin was 0.021-1.068 μg(r=0.999 8) with the average recovery of 98.51%(RSD=1.05%).Conclusion: The method is convenient,accurate and suitable for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid and schisandrin in Quanlu pills.
