| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钙化上皮瘤的细针针吸活组织检查细胞学特点，以提高临床诊断准确率。方法对48例钙化上皮瘤患者的细针针吸活组织检查细胞学特点进行回顾性分析。结果经病理组织学及临床治疗证实为钙化上皮瘤的48例病例中，经细针针吸细胞学检查诊断为钙化上皮瘤46例，诊断为疑似恶性肿瘤2例，回顾性诊断误诊2例，细针针吸细胞学检查诊断准确率为95．83％。结论进一步增强对钙化上皮瘤细胞学特点的认识有利于提高诊断准确率。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the fine needle aspiration cytological examination of calcifying epithelioma. Methods 48 cases of calcifying epithelioma were retrospectively studied by analyzing the cytological characteristics and the pathological findings. Results In the 48 cases of calcifying epithelioma, 46 were diagnosed correctively by fine needle aspiration cytology, with 2 of them mistaken for cancers. The accuracy rate was 95.83%. Conclusion Better understanding of the cytology of calcifying epithelioma helps to improve the accuracy rate in diagnosing the condition and avoid unnecessary extensive surgery. |
