肺周围型病变的灰阶超声表现

目的 评价灰阶超声对肺周围型病变的诊断价值。方法 对48例经病理证实的周围型肺病变，通过超声检查，显示病变的形态、内部回声、边界、局部胸膜的改变，及病变与胸壁的关系，并进行分析。结果 肺周围型病变的声像图显示，恶性病变的形态类圆形80．0％（24／30）、边界清83．3％（25／30）及局部胸膜隆起70．0％（21／30）；良性病变不规则形83．3％（15／18），边界不清66．6％（12／18），局部胸膜不隆起94．4％（17／18）。结论 超声对肺周围型病变的良恶性鉴别诊断有较高的临床价值，另外通过超声引导进行穿刺活检，以明确诊断。

Ultrasonographical appearances of peripheral pulmonary lesions

Purpose: To evaluate the value of ultrasonographical diagnosis in. peripheral pulmonary lesions Methods: Forty - eight patients with peripheral pulmonary lesions confirmed by pathology, and the aspects of sonographical appearances of the lesions (including shape, internal echo pattern, margin, relationship with pleura and surrounding chest wall) were analyzed. Results: The sonographical appearances of the lesions(shape, margin, relationship with pleura) were significantly different between malignant and benign lesions. Conclusions: The gray - scale sonography is useful for diagnosis in peripheral pulmonary lesions, and may be helpful in differentiating between malignant and benign lung lesions.
