脱氢氯甲睾酮的合成工艺

摘    要:目的 合成脱氢氯甲睾酮并改进其工艺.方法 以甲睾酮和H2O2环氧化反应得到环氧甲睾酮,再与盐酸在丙酮溶媒中进行氯化反应,得到氯甲睾酮,最后用2,3-二氯-5,6-二氰基对苯醌在PTS催化下脱氢得到脱氢氯甲睾酮.结果 总收率30%,产物结构经熔点、质谱和核磁共振氢谱确证.结论 此合成路线操作简单可行,有利于工业化生产.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To synthesize chlorodehydromethyhestosterone and improve the synthetic process. METHODS Chlorodehydromethyhestosterone was synthesized from methyhestosterone by cycloxidization with hydrogen peroxide to obtain cycloproxene methyhestosterone, which subjected to chlofidization with was hydrochloric acid in the presence of propanone to obtain chloromethyltestosterone, and then was subjected to dehydrogenation with DDQ using PTS as dehydrogenation catalyst in benzene. RESULTS The overall yields were 30% , chemical structure of the product was confirmed by mehing point, 1HNMR and MS. CONCLUSION The synthetic route of this method is suitable for industrial production.
