色盲隐形眼镜矫正色觉障碍的临床研究

目的 :观察研究色盲隐形眼镜矫正色觉障碍患者的辨色能力。方法 :用色盲检查图谱 ,在自然或日光灯下 ,检查佩戴色盲隐形眼镜前后的辨读正确率进行统计分析 ,观察矫正效果。结果 :3 6例患者除了 2例无效外 ,3 4例有效 ,有效率占 90 % ,平均提高识别率 2 4 48%± 10 63 %。结论 :色盲隐形眼镜矫正色觉障碍中的红、绿色盲和色弱患者是有效、安全的 ,而且与患者的严重程度有关 ,色盲越严重 ,提高识别率就越高。

Corrective therapy for color blindness with colored contact lenses

To observe the corrective therapy for color blindness with the help of colored contact lenses. Methods:The subjective responses of 36 patients were recorded using color vision tests before and after wearing color contact lenses in the natural light or daylight lamp,and the recognition rate were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results:The color lens was effective in 34 patients,the effective rate was 90%.The average recognition rate of color vision was improved to 24 48%(10 63% by using colored contact lens.The more serious the color blindness was,the more obviously the recognition rate was improved. Conclusions:The colored contact lens seems effective and safe in correcting the anerythrochloropsia and dyserythrochloropsia.The recognition rate of color vision is related to the severity of color blindness.The more serious the color blindness was,the more obviously the recognition rate was improved.
