医护人员职业枯竭影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的 探讨医护人员职业枯竭的影响因素.方法 采用自编医护人员职业枯竭量表为工具,随机抽取4575名医护人员进行问卷调查,使用单因素、多因素分析及回归分析对数据进行处理.结果 社会环境因素是职业枯竭保护因素,回归系数为-0.015,组织环境、工作环境、医院规模、工作科室是职业枯竭危险因素,回归系数为0.040～0.258.结论 职业枯竭现象是一个受众多变量作用的复合现象.而对于职业枯竭的干预,应是以改善需求与资源因素的平衡观为指导思想而进行.

An analysis of influential factors for occupation burnout of medical staffs

Objective To investigate the main influencing of main factors on occupation burnout of medical staffs. Method 4575 medical staffs were investigated with occupation burnout of medical staffs questionnaire. The data was processed by single and multiple factors analysis and regression analysis.Results Society environment is the protective factor of occupation burnout, regression coefficient is -0.015. While organization environment, working environment, scale of hospital and working section office are risk factors, regression coefficient is 0.040～0.258.Conclusion Occupation burnout is a composite phenomenon affected by many variables. Intervention to occupation burnout must be proceeded in terms of the guideline of improving the balance requirement and resource.
