| 摘 要： | 目的通过对两种促排卵法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效观察,筛选出最佳治疗方案。方法将60例PCOS不孕症患者随机分为两组,1组30例给予克罗米酚(CC)治疗;2组30例为尿促性腺激素(HMG)低剂量缓增方案,观察两组排卵及妊娠情况。两组高雄激素水平的患者降雄激素后再促排卵。结果1组排卵率60.0%,妊娠率33.3%;2组排卵率87.1%,妊娠率63.3%,两组相比较排卵率及妊娠率均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。第2组仅有1例发生轻度卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)。结论采用HMG低剂量缓增促排卵方案治疗优于CC的促排卵治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To find best treatment method by contrasting two kinds of promoting ovulation for PCOS.Methods 60 cases of PCOS infertility patients were divided into two groups.Group A was treated with clomide(CC) and group B was treated with low dose-increasing HMG method.The ovulation and pregnancy were observed Higher androgen cases would be decrease androgen first.Results The ovulation rate was 60.0% in group A and 87.1% in group B.The pregnancy rate was 33.3% in group A and 63.3% in group B with significant difference.Only 1 case had OHSS in group B.Conclusion The second method HMG might be better than CC treatment. |
