| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮心血管系统受损情况。方法 对 119例系统性红斑狼疮伴心血管损害的临床资料进行归纳分析。结果 心血管系统各个部位均可受累 ,以心包炎最常见 ,心脏增大次之。末梢血管病变以雷诺现象多见。结论 心电图与彩色B超检查发现心血管异常者较多见 ,除 7例外其余患者皆有多个器官受损。

| Abstract: | Objective To inquire the situation of the SLE with cardiovascular damage. Methods Clinical induced analysis was completed in 119 patients of SLE with cardiovascular damage.Results Cardiovascular system could involved in any region.pericarditis was the first,cardiomegaly was the next.Raynaud's phenomenon was common in damage of peripheral vessels.Conclusion Cardiovascular abnormality was commonly discovered by electro-cardiogram and color ultrasonic, more than one organ damages were found in all patients except 7 cases. |
