| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the immunosuppressive treatment of low blood concentration in FK506 in the aspects of liver transplanting and treatment of complications.Methods To investigate the effect of low blood concentration and common blood concentration of FK506 in postoperative 40 case livers transplants,analyzing the clinical performance and pathologic variety with related and clinical handle.Results Rejection cann't been observed in two groups.But the complications can been find the more in the group of common blood concentration of FK506.(P<0.01).Conclusion There have good effect in low blood concentration in FK506.But under the low density also can have the very serious complications occurrence. |
