曲咪新乳膏中两种成分的含量测定研究

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定曲咪新乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德及硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法（1）采用C18色谱柱；以甲醇：水（75：25）为流动相；流速1．0mL/min；柱温为室温；检测波长为240nm测定醋酸曲安奈德的含量。（2）采用C18色谱柱；以乙腈：甲醇：0．5％的醋酸铵溶液（42．5：42．5：15）为流动相；流速1．0mL／min；柱温为室温；检测波长为230nm测定硝酸咪康唑的含量。结果醋酸曲安奈德在7．68～38.38μg／mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996，n=5），平均回收率为99．8％（RSD=0．52％）；硝酸咪康唑在85．10。425．52μg／mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9993，n=5），平均回收率为99．9％（RSD=0．81％）。结论反相高效液相色谱法测定曲咪新乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德及硝酸咪康唑的含量方法简便、灵敏、准确。
