生鹅血对小鼠移植瘤H(22)抑瘤作用的初步实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究生鹅血对小鼠移植瘤H_(22)的抑瘤作用对生存期的影响。方法:通过生鹅血对昆明纯系小鼠移植瘤H_(22)抑瘤作用,计算抑瘤率及生鹅血对移植瘤小鼠体重、生存期的影响,结果:不同计量的生鹅血对H_(22)抑瘤作用,计算抑瘤率及生鹅血对移植瘤小鼠体重、生存期的影响,结果:不同计量的生鹅血对H_(22)移植瘤接种前后小鼠体重与对照组相比无差异(P>0.05)。抑瘤作用显著(P<0.01,P<0.02),抑瘤率分别为33.56%、41.20%、10.86%、45.85%、63.18%、64.86%、62.63%。生存率分别为77.67%、50.89%。结论:初步实验证明生鹅血对H_(22)移植瘤抑瘤作用显著,延长荷瘤小鼠生命。

Abstract:Objective To observe the inhititory rates of raw goose blood to the rat model transplanted by tumor H_(22) and the survival rates of rats. Methods Calculate the inhibitory rates and the weigh and the survival period of the rat model by observing the inhibition of raw goose blood to purebred Kun Ming rats transplanted by tumor H_(22). Result. Compared with the contrast, there is no different between the weigh of transplanted rats and that of normal rats (P>0.05), which are treated by raw goose blood of various counts. The inhibition is significant (P<0.01, P< 0.02), and the inhibitory rates are 33.56%, 41.20%, 40.86%, 45.85%, 63.18%, 64.86%, 62. 63% The survival rates are 77.67%, and 50.89%. Conclusion. The results showed that the tumor H_(22) transplanted into rats were inhibited by raw goose blood significantly and that the survival pe- riod of transplanted rats was prolonged.
