摘    要:目的:建立测定妇安栓剂中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法。色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68,V/V),流速为0.8 ml/min,柱温为30℃,蒸发温度为100℃,氮气流速为2.0 L/min。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在2.6526.50μg范围内的对数值与峰面积积分值的对数值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<3%;平均加样回收率为99.38%,RSD=1.60%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于妇安栓剂的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of astragaloside in Fuan suppositories. METHODS: HPLC-ELSD was adopted. The determination was performed on Phenomenex C,8(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (32 : 68, V/V) at the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃, and evaporation temperature was 100 ℃. The flow rate of nitrogen was 2.0 L/min. RESULTS: The linear range of astragaloside was 2.65-26.50 μg(r=0.999 9) ; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3% ; average recovery was 99.38% (RSD= 1.60%, n=9). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control for Fuan suppositories.
