螺旋CT血管造影三维成像技术在脑动脉瘤诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)三维成像技术及其在脑动脉瘤诊断中的作用。方法:对23例经手术或血管造影证实的脑动脉瘤患者术前行螺旋CT血管造影容积扫描,所得数据传输到工作站,用表面遮盖法(SSD)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积重建(VR)和仿真内窥镜(CTVE)进行处理。结果:23例患者,共检出脑动脉瘤24个,1例多发(3个)。所示病例经SSD、MIP、VR及CTVE重建处理后能够全面直观地显示动脉瘤的大小、形态、位置,血管与动脉瘤的内部结构,能多方位观察瘤体与载瘤动脉的空间解剖关系。结论:联合运用多种三维成像技术,能为脑动脉瘤的诊断提供更多信息,充分显示动脉瘤的空间解剖结构。可部分代替传统脑血管造影,并作为该病的临床筛选手段。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the technique and assess the clinical value of multi-slice CT angiography in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm.Methods:Twenty-three cases of cerebral aneurysms were examined by MSCT. The SSD, MIP, VR and CTVE were applied in it.All cases were confirmed by DSA or operations. Results :Of the 23 patients, 24 aneurysms were detected by SCTA.There is 1 patient with 3. Three-dimensional reconstructed images not only demonstrate the location,shape,size cavity of aneurysms but also show the relationship between the aneurysms and corresponding arteries.Conclusion:SCTA can provide more information of the cerebral aneurysms,and can possibly replace DSA and become the choice of scanning initial modality in cerebral aneurysms.
