摘    要:目的通过对氟橡胶聚合的职业病危害因素的识别与分析,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测检验方法。结果氟橡胶生产存在的主要职业病危害因素为四氟乙烯、偏氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、过氧化苯甲酰、噪声,超标部位为氟单体回收岗位,定点检测毒物合格率为85%。结论氟橡胶聚合过程职业病危害的防护应从职业病危害关键控制点入手,采取切实可行的职业病防护设施或措施,减少或降低职业病因素危害。

Abstract: Objective] To identify and analyze critical control points of occupational hazard for polymerization of fluorine rubber through the occupational hazard identification and analysis of fluorine rubber polymerization. Methods ] Hygienic investigation on the spot and detection of occupational hazard were applied. Results] Tetrafluoroethane ethylene, vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropene, benzoyl peroxide and noise were the main occupational hazards in fluorine rubber production, the places exceeding standards were fluorine recovery posts. The qualified rate of poison detection in fixed point was 85%. Conclusion] The starting point for occupational hazards protection of fluorine rubber polymerization is critical control points of occupational hazard, practical occupational disease prevention facilities or measures should be taken to reduce or lower occupational hazards.
