| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效.方法 采用掌侧入路锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折38例,术中切开腕管6例,植骨8例,术后加用石膏外固定4例.结果 38例术后均得到随访,时间6～24个月.骨折均愈合,时间6～16个月.按照Carland and Werley评分方法(Sarmiento改良)评价腕关节功能:优23例,良9例,可5例,差1例.切口浅表感染3例.结论 掌侧锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折具有固定牢靠,疗效肯定,并发症少,腕关节功能恢复良好等优点,术后疗效与切口的选择、骨折的分型、内固定的选择等有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of palmar locking compression plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture.Methods 38 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated with palmar locking compression plate.Carpal tunnel was opened in 6 patients and bone graft was performed in 8 patients.6 patients were additionally performed with plaster immobilization.Results All 38 patients obtained follow-up for 6~24 months.All the fracture got union.23 patients obtained excellent resu... |
