维生素A对婴幼儿肺炎的辅助治疗作用以及对免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察VitA佐治婴幼儿肺炎的临床疗效,以及其对免疫功能的影响。方法80例肺炎患儿随机分为VitA辅助治疗组40例和常规治疗组40例,并选取40名健康婴幼儿作为对照组。检测比较所有患儿的血清VitA水平及血清免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG,IgM)及C3水平。两组肺炎患儿均给予抗生素及氧疗等治疗,治疗组加用VitA,对两组患儿进行疗效评价,并比较两组患儿治疗后的血清免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG,IgM)及C3水平。结果VitA辅助治疗组临床疗效优于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),补充VitA可改善患者免疫功能。结论婴幼儿肺炎患者在婴幼儿肺炎治疗同时补充维生素A有利于疾病康复。

Clinical observation of adjunctive therapeutic effect of Vitamin A on immunologic function in pneumonic infants

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Vitamin A on immunologic function in infants with pneumonia. Methods Eighty eases of infants with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases in Vitamin A group and 40 cases in conventional therapy group. Another 40 cases of healthy infants were selected as control group. The level of serum Vitamin A and serum immunoglobulin ( IgG,IgM and IgA) and C3 were measured in every cases. All the infants with pneumonia were given conventional therapy including antibiotics and oxygen therapy, and Vitamin A group was supplemented with Vitamin A 2500U orally. The therapeutic effects in both groups were observed and the levels of serum immunoglobulin and C3 between two groups were compared. Resulta In compare with the control group, the level of serum Vitamin A and the concentrations of lgG and IgA and C3 of infants with pneumonia were. lower (P〈 0.05). There were significant difference between Vitamin A group and conventional therapy group in the clinical efficacy (P〈 0.05). Vitamin A could improved the immunologic function of pneumonic infants. Conclusions Vitamin A could be used to help treat infant' s pneumonia.
