摘    要:目的:探讨桃仁蛋白(psp)对树突细胞抗原递呈功能的影响。方法:制备荷S180小鼠模型,psp组给以腹腔注射桃仁蛋白,并设空白对照组;分离小鼠骨髓细胞,经IL-4、GM-CSF诱导其DC成熟,并以冻融S180抗原预致敏;在含IL-2培养体系中加入小鼠脾细胞,观察负载S180抗原T细胞对S180杀伤作用。结果:psp组对S180杀伤作用明显优于空白对照组(效靶比为40∶1时,0.638±0.044vs0.743±0.060;效靶比为20∶1时,0.561±0.041vs0.668±0.074;效靶比为10∶1时,0.461±0.036vs0.586±0.054)。结论:桃仁蛋白能够增强小鼠DC抗原递呈功能。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effection of antigen presentation function of dendritic cells(DCs)induced by peach seeds protein(psp)in vitro.Methods:Group psp and control group were injected respectively with psp and saline after they were loaded with S180 cells.Mice bone marrow cells were separated and then induced with interleukin 4(IL-4),colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF)for maturation.The autologous S180 lysate was used to sensitize DCs.To investigate the cytotoxicity of T cells loaded S180 lysate after induced with IL-2.Results:The cytotoxicity of T cells in group psp was much higher than that of in control group(the cytotoxicity of T cells in control group and group psp was 0.638±0.044 vs 0.743±0.060,as the ratio of T cells to S180 cells was 40∶1;0.561±0.041 vs 0.668±0.074,as 20∶1;0.461±0.036 vs 0.586±0.054,as 10∶1).Conclusion:psp can enhance the antigen presentation function of DCs.
