| 摘 要： | 两难困境是生命伦理的一个重要特征,需要理性面对。这种两难首先是由科技自身的发展所引起的,同时也与文化差异和利益冲突密切相关,其实质是价值选择。走出生命伦理的两难困境,在理念层面要促进科学与伦理的良性互动;在实践层面要切实加强生命伦理委员会建设,但两难困境不会消失。

| Abstract: | Authors of this article believe that the presentation of dilemma is a significant characteristic of bioethics and should be handled rationally.The dilemma,the essence of which is a choice of values,is originated form the development of science and technology,and meanwhile is closely related to cultural diversities and interests conflict.The way out of the dilemma lies in the favorable give and take between science and bioethics on the theoretical level and strengthening the construction of bioethical committee on the practical level.However,the dilemma will not disappear. |
