基层医院呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染情况分析

目的分析基层医院鲍曼不动杆菌导致的下呼吸道感染情况,以加强预防相关感染的发生。方法 回顾2009～2010年我院呼吸道感染患者送检的痰标本,选出鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者,根据送检病区和患者年龄进行统计分析,并对药敏结果进行统计。结果 722例呼吸道感染患者送检样本中28例发现鲍曼不动杆菌。ICU感染率20.9%,普通病区感染率1.6%(P<0.05);以80岁为界分组对比,累计检出率80岁以下组1.8%,80岁以上组5.5%(P<0.05);药敏试验敏感度亚胺培南71.4%,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦64.3%。阿米卡星和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦21.4%、头孢吡肟17.9%、氧氟沙星17.9%、哌拉西林10.7%、头孢噻吩和头孢他定均为7.1%。其余均100%耐药。结论年龄超过80岁和入住ICU发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染的概率明显增高,差别有统计学意义。药敏结果显示鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率高。

Analysis of the respiratory tract infection by Acinetobacter baumannii in montane hospital
