颈动脉超声筛查脑卒中高危人群400例临床分析

目的探讨本辖区45岁以上人群年龄、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系,为社区建立脑卒中高危人群干预体系提供科学依据。方法 采取整群抽样调查方法选取本市户籍400例符合条件的居民,进行问卷调查、体格检查及颈动脉超声检查(检测颈内动脉的狭窄程度、病灶位置、斑块类型及血流状况),然后将调查数据进行网上录入分析。结果①随着年龄增高,患者颈动脉内膜厚度、斑块发生率均显著增高;②伴有高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症中两种以上疾病者管腔狭窄、颈动脉斑块发生率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区开展脑卒中高危人群筛查和建立干预体系,对脑卒中的预防与控制有重要意义。
