中药巴布膏剂的研究进展及存在的问题

目的为深入研究中药巴布膏剂提供参考。方法查阅近年来相关文献，对中药巴布膏剂的研究进展进行概述，重点提出该剂型在研发中存在的问题。结果近年采我国中药巴布膏剂在制备工艺、质量评价、药效学研究等方面取得了较大的进展，但也存在基质辅料质量、制剂质量评价及产业化等诸多问题。结论中药巴布膏剂是目前中药复方外用制剂的研发热点，具有更广阔的发展空间。

Discussion on Progress and Existing Problems in Research of Cataplasm of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To provide reference for further study of cataplasm of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods On base of consulting rel- evant data, the research progresses of cataplasm of traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed, the existing problems and solving conception to this formulation were mainly provided as focal points. Results In recent years, considerable progresses have been made in this field, espe- cially in the studies on preparation, quality evaluation and pharmaeodynamics. However, some more problems also existed. Conclusion Cata- plasm of traditional Chinese medicine is a hot research point in compound external preparations of traditional Chinese medicine, which has a greater development space.
