四川省双流县农村居民健康体检知信行及影响因素调查

目的了解双流县农村居民健康体检知识、态度、行为及影响因素,为提高其体检积极性,建立农村居民健康体检模型提供参考。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,用自行设计问卷对农民进行面对面调查;同时,对双流县农村地区所有乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心展开普查。数据采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行分析。结果纳入分析的977名调查对象中,有74.5%不知晓新医学模式下的健康含义,34.0%无定期体检的意识,文化程度越低、年龄越大,健康知识越缺乏,体检意识越差;25.9%有定期体检行为,不利的因素有男性、文化程度低、健康体检意识薄弱、健康知识缺乏;目前成都市农村居民免费体检覆盖率为16.80%。造成体检覆盖率低的原因是:居民体检积极性低、宣传力度不够、居民外出打工、政府支持不够、居民自觉没时间参加、去医院体检不方便等。结论双流县农村居民的健康知识水平和体检意识有待提高,为促进居民实施体检行为,除了开展居民体检健康教育外,还应该加强部门间的配合、加大体检政策宣传力度、增加经费投入等。

KAP and influencing factors of health examination among rural residents in Shuangliu County of Sichuan Province

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice （KAP） and influencing factors of health examination among rural residents in Shuangliu County of Sichuan Province to make more residents participate in health examination and provide references for the establishment of health examination model for rural residents.Methods Multistage sampling and face-to-face interview were used to investigate the rural residents.Questionnaire was used to survey all the township hospitals and community health center.We applied statistic software SPSS 17.0 to analyze the data.Results A total of 977 respondents were included,with 25.5% of respondents correctly understood the significance of health and 34.0% without sense of periodic health examination.The elder and respondents with lower education level had less health knowledge and poorer sense of health examination.Only 25.9% of the respondents conducted regular health examination,with negative factors as male,low education level,poor sense of health examination and lack of health knowledge.Only 16.8% famers took part in free health examination in Chengdu,which was due to low active of health examination,poor propaganda,residents working outside home,lack of government support,self-judgment of not having time to participate and inconvenience to hospital and so on.Conclusion Most of rural residents in Shuangliu County are lack of health knowledge and have poor sense of health examination,which makes the present situation of health examination not optimistic.
